We were looking forward to Colin and Ellen’s small wedding at The Gallery all year long. They’re just the coolest people. Their taste in music, Ellen’s two wedding dresses and denim jacket, the pizza party, everything about their wedding was so personalized and fun.
They wanted to focus on celebrating with their closest family and friends and The Gallery was the perfect setting. We’ve been to The Gallery for large weddings, but having a small wedding there made it feel like a personal estate in France. And the long dinner table under fairy lights on the patio felt so intimate and elegant.
The day was perfect.
Which part of your wedding do you want to WOW your guests?
We weren’t going for flash with our wedding, but instead wanted to focus on spending time with our loved ones. Although, our dog will be there, and I’m sure he’ll steal the show and think of this event as a party in his honor.
What are you most looking forward to on your wedding day?
Having a COVID wedding, we wanted to keep our wedding very small and intimate. Being from out of town, we’re most looking forward to celebrating with our friends and family, since we don’t see them on a regular basis. This is why we wanted one long family-style table during dinner.
Tell us about the food and drink at your wedding.
We wanted an open bar, because we wanted our wedding to feel like party! Given this, it made sense for us to provide food throughout the entire event, including a mid-to-late night pizza delivery and a cooler of iced coffees.
