We did some barhopping with Nikki and Stephen

Nikki and Stephen wanted to have their session at one of their favorite hangout places, Heights Bier Garten. When having a session at a bar, we always suggest showing up early so that it isn’t crowded at all. Because it was about 1000º this day and the Bier Garten is primarily outside, we were lucky enough to have the place pretty much to ourselves.

Well, almost to ourselves.

Stephen’s cousin, Dave, came along to help watch their dogs. Dave joked he’d been their third wheel the whole time they were dating so it was only appropriate that he was the third wheel during their engagement pictures too. So we got these photos of him just watching them.

Because we started so early, after leaving the Bier Garden we needed to kill some time so we headed to Nikki and Stephen’s favorite bar, Lei Low. It’s an amazing Tiki Bar and they were so hospitable to us taking photos in there.

Lame as it may seem, we needed SOME photos that weren’t bar themed. So we headed down the street to take some more standard engagement portraits.
